Shipping
Emma Manor (owned by Sephla Inc.) process and ship out all order from New York, United Stated. Currently, we only offer U.S domestic shipment. We are also happy to announce we offer free shipping for all order within United Stated.
Order Processing Time
We understand it is important to ship out the order as soon as possible thus once the order is confirm we will follow the processing time below (additional processing time might be needed during busy holiday season)
-Order placed before 3:00 PM EST (excluded holiday and weekend) will be process and ship same day
-Order placed after 3:00PM EST (excluded holiday and weekend) will be process and ship on the following business day
Cancellation
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email sephla@yahoo.com with your order number.
DELIVERY TIMES
We currently offer shipping via USPS. Free domestic shipping normally takes 5-7 business days to be deliver depending on your location.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Emma Manor are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by USPS
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO Box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Order Confirmation
Order is normally ship out in same day or the following business day using USPS. After order is shipped order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking number for you to keep track of your package. Expedited shipping options are available for selection upon checkout.
